What we text you about

There are two kinds of texts, and you choose each one separately:

• Texts about your service: appointment reminders and confirmations, service updates (for example when the technician is on the way), replies to your questions, and requests to review our work after a visit.
• Texts with offers: occasional special offers and discounts, such as seasonal tune-up specials.

How you sign up

You sign up by checking the text-message box for either kind of text on a form on greatdaneair.com, or by asking us to text you. The boxes are never checked for you. You do not have to agree to texts to send a form, to get a price or to buy anything from us.

How often

Message frequency varies. Texts about your service depend on your appointments. Texts with offers are occasional.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. We do not charge for our texts, but your mobile carrier’s normal message and data rates apply. Ask your wireless provider about your text plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You will get one text confirming that you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you sign up again. You can also tell us by phone or email that you want to stop.

To start again, reply START or check the text-message box on our website again.

Help

Reply HELP to any text for help, or contact us:

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts may not reach you if your phone is off, out of coverage, or your carrier does not support them.

Your privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. In short: no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
