Two visits a year
Both maintenance visits are part of the $199. You don’t pay per visit.
Drain line cleared
Our humidity grows algae in the condensate line. We clear it at every visit, before it backs up.
Air handler cabinet cleaned
Dust and moisture collect inside the indoor cabinet. We clean it out each time.
Outdoor unit cleared
Leaves, grass clippings and pollen on and around the condenser block the air it needs.
Filter changed
You supply the filter and we put it in, so it actually gets changed.
10% off parts, 20% off IAQ

What does the plan include?
Two maintenance visits a year, 10% off parts and 20% off indoor air quality products. At each visit we clear the drain line, clean the air handler cabinet, clear debris from the outdoor unit (the condenser) and change your filter.
Do I need to buy the filter?
Yes. You supply the filter and we change it at each visit. If you are not sure what size or rating to buy, ask us when we book the visit.
Does the plan cover repairs?
Repairs are not included. Plan members get 10% off parts on a repair, and 20% off indoor air quality products.
Is a maintenance plan worth it?
It suits you if you want both visits on the calendar without thinking about it, if your drain line tends to clog, or if you are planning an indoor air quality product and want the 20% off. If you only want one visit this year, book the $99 Refresh & Tune‑Up instead.
