Most people calling an HVAC company have no idea what they are about to be put through. Here is ours, in order.

You get a person, not a queue
We are a family company and a small crew — the people who answer the phone are the people who show up. You will not be routed through a call center that books a window and knows nothing about your system.

We ask what it is actually doing
Not the model number. What you can see and hear: whether it is running at all, whether the air is warm or cool, whether anything tripped, whether there is water where water should not be. That usually narrows it a long way.

You get our honest read before anyone drives out
Sometimes that is “check the breaker and call us back”, sometimes it is “shut it off at the thermostat”, and sometimes it is a visit. We will tell you when it sounds like something you can settle yourself.

Nothing gets booked until you have agreed to it
No work, no visit and no charge appears without you saying yes to it first. The service call is $199, and it goes toward the repair. Financing is available; ask us. If we think the honest answer is that it can wait, you will hear that too.
